The Honorable Mayor Todd Meier, Mayor of Addison, presented Mrs. Holly Canterbury with a proclamation on behalf of the Town last night at WaterTower Theatre. The proclamation hailed Monday, August 27, 2012 as Holly Canterbury Day! See photos from the event below!

Holly has been a long-time supporter of WaterTower Theatre, recently made a leadership gift to establish the Company’s first Endowment Fund, was a founding member of the Addison Business Association. She, along with her family, has made an indelible stamp on the growth of the Town of Addison. The WaterTower Theatre Board and staff applaud Holly for her outstanding commitment to Addison and WaterTower Theatre!

Holly Canterbury has lived in Addison for more than 25 years. She was the owner of Holly Enterprises/Del Mar Scientific. A member of Christ Anglican Church in Plano, Holly was on the Vestry of St. Mathias Anglican Church. One of the longest serving members of the Addison Business Association, she started the original Carnival at Oktoberfest in Addison and served as ABA’s President and Treasurer for many years. Holly has been a patron and subscriber of WaterTower Theatre for many years and served on the Board of Directors, the Spotlight Gala and is currently a member of the WOW! Steering Committees.
