Six New York Musical Theatre Festival Shows Extend Sold-Out Runs

The Ballad of Bonnie and Clyde, But I'm a Cheerleader, Feeling Electric, The Mistress Cycle, Nerds:// A Musical Software Satire and Plane Crazy have sold-out runs in the 2nd Annual New York Musical Theatre Festival less than 10 days into single ticket sales, it was announced today by Festival organizers.

"We were very impressed by the number of Festival passes that have been sold for this year's Festival, but nothing quite prepared us for the immediate demand we have witnessed since our single tickets went on sale August 29th or that in three days, shows would begin to sell-out," said Kris Stewart, Executive Director of NYMF.

Isaac Robert Hurwitz, Producing Director and Head of Programming for the Festival, announced the following extensions:

The Ballad of Bonnie and Clyde: Mon 9/19 at 5pm, Fri 9/23 at 1pm

But I'm a Cheerleader: Mon 9/19 at 1pm

Nerds://A Musical Software Satire: Fri 9/23 at 1pm, Sat 10/1 at 1pm

Plane Crazy: Mon 9/19 at 1pm
