Marilyn Michaels will perform her show Comedy, Courage and Klonopin as part of the Under "Rewired & Inspired Over Lunch" series at Makor on Wednesday, June 22nd from noon to 1:30 PM.

The comedienne/impressionist "uses her gift for comedy to find the humor in a woman's mid-life meanderings.  She weaves together personal stories of her early years singing with her mother — the famed cantor Fraydele Oysher — her work as a comedienne, her performance in Catskills on Broadway and her myriad appearances on television and around the world. She also talks about the everyday trials and tribulations of her life as wife, mother and a woman in the midst of her own 'rewiring,'" states a release.

The Under "Rewired & Inspired Over Lunch" Series is geared to women in mid-life who are "re-inventing" themselves.

Makor is located at the Steinhardt Building at
35 West 67th Street (bet. Col. & CPW).  Tickets, which are $25, include lunch at Makor.  For information, call (212) 601-1000 or visit www.makor.org
