On the Twentieth Century Photos - Broadway

Here is a first look at production photos for The Barn Stage Company's production of the Tony-nominated Broadway musical Little Women, which opened on Friday night! Based on Louisa May Alcott's classic 1869 novel, the show which has a book by Allan Knee, with lyrics by Mindi Dickstein and music by Jason Howland, will play the Old Town Temecula Theatre venue from 11 January to the 21.

Pulitzer Prize-winner Lawrence Wright premieres his new play at Berkeley Repertory Theatre. It is a fictional play about the last days of legendary journalist Oriana Fallaci. Don't miss this sizzling new script, which is directed by Oskar Eustis, stars Concetta Tomei and Marjan Neshat, and features an incredible team of designers. The 65th world premiere presented by Berkeley Rep, Fallaci is currently in previews in the Roda Theatre and opens March 13, running through April 21. The New Group presents the world premiere of An Early History of Fire, a new play by Tony Award-winning playwright David Rabe. Directed by Jo Bonney, this production features Gordon Clapp, Erin Darke, Jonny Orsini, Devin Ratray, Dennis Staroselsky, Theo Stockman and Claire van der Boom. Limited Off-Broadway engagement is slated April 5 - May 26 at The New Group @ Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street). Official Opening Night is set for Monday, April 30 at 7:00 PM. Neil Patrick Harris, co-star of 'How I Met Your Mother' was honored today by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce with his first star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The ceremony was held in celebration of the upcoming DVD release of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER Season 6: The New Is Always Better Edition on September 27.

THE ORPHANS' HOME CYCLE, PART 3: THE STORY OF A FAMILY opens Tuesday, January 26 at Signature Theatre Company at the Peter Norton Space, 555 West 42nd Street, between 10th and 11th Avenues. The production began performances on Thursday, January 7.

Mark Lamos directs 'That Championship Season' at Westport Country Playhouse, his first production since being named artistic director in February 2009 at the historic theater in Westport, Connecticut.

The 2008-2009 Reprise Theatre Company season continues with 'I Love My Wife' with book and lyrics by Michael Stewart and music by Cy Coleman, December 2 to 14 at the Brentwood Theatre. Lea Thompson and Patrick Cassidy join Vicki Lewis and Jason Alexander. 'I Love My Wife' will be directed by Larry Moss with choreography by Lee Martino and music direction by Michael Skloff.

North American Cultural Laboratory (www.NACL.org), Brad Krumholz and Tannis Kowalchuk, Co-Artistic Directors, will present the Manhattan premiere of 'THE UNCANNY APPEARANCE OF SHERLOCK HOLMES,' based on a story written by Mr. Krumholz and created by NACL in collaboration with the ensemble. Krumholz also directs. Performances begin on December 2 at HERE Arts Center (www.here.org), 145 Sixth Avenue (between Spring and Broome Streets, enter on Dominick Street), and the show will officially open on Thursday, December 4 at 7:00 p.m. Performances will run through Sunday, December 21.
