Glamour, power and greed in the musical that made history on Broadway. This is 'Sunset Boulevard', a super production that premiered on March 22 at Teatro Santander, Sao Paulo, and marks the return to the stages of one of the most beloved Brazilian theater duo: Marisa Orth and Daniel Boaventura. They will be the protagonists of the seven Tony Awards winning musical, featuring songs by Andrew Lloyd Weber.

A wonderful combination of an authentic classic silent and gripping movie, 'The Phantom of the Opera,' (Universal Studios, 1925) played on a jumbo screen coupled with live organ expertise and opera singing, the original score, the superb New West Symphony and the conduit that blends it all together, the Conductor, Richard Kaufman.

The Phantom of the Opera celebrated its unprecedented 30th Anniversary in New York City on January 26, 2018. To mark the occasion, 30 designers were tasked to transform the look of the iconic Phantom mask -originally designed by Maria Bjornson and realized by milliner Rodney Gordon - in their own aesthetic vision for a one-of-a-kind mask.

Laughing Dog Media presented James Barbour and his guests in his 9th Annual Holiday Concert. Filled with holiday classics such as 'The Christmas Song,' 'O Holy Night,' 'The Dreidel Song' and an audience participation 'Twelve Days Of Christmas,' this concert celebrates the warmth and joy of the holiday season.

James Barbour was the latest in the line of celebrities to receive an immortalizing caricature that will grace the walls of the iconic Broadway restaurant Sardi's. Theatre at the Center's production of Annie Warbucks, the sequel to Annie, the 1977 Tony Award-winning smash Broadway hit, opened to a packed house Sunday, November 20. Based on Harold Gray's Little Orphan Annie comic strip, the book is by Thomas Meehan with music by Charles Strouse and lyrics by Martin Charnin. Annie Warbucks opened Off Broadway in 1993 and broke records for the time with 200 performances.  The Jeff Recommended production will continue through December 18. The writer who gave television some of its favorite moments in entertainment with 'Flamingo Road,' 'Dallas,' 'Falcon Crest,' 'The Colbys,' 'General Hospital,' and 'Dynasty,' Frank V. Furino, has brought Marilyn Monroe back to life ... on stage in 'Marylin ... MADNESS & Me,' which is based on an original concept by Didier Bloch, under the direction of Joe Leonardo. Opening in the Monroe Forum at the El Portal Theatre on Sept 26th for a limited run, the overwhelming response from the public and press alike, has resulted in the production's extension through October 20th, 2013, at which point the destiny of the show, with an eye on Broadway's Great White Way, will be determined. Il Divo, the record-breaking classical crossover group who has sold more than 26 million albums worldwide, met with the press today at Sardi's ahead of their limited run of live Broadway performances at The Marquis Theater with special guest, Heather Headley, beginning November 7, 2013. Last night, July 2, was the Bucks County Playhouse re-opening and ribbon cutting ceremony, as well as the first performance of Rodgers & Hammerstein's A Grand Night for Singing. The first production of the Bucks County Playhouse (BCP) 2012 summer season, A Grand Night for Singing will run through Sunday, July 29th. The ribbon-cutting ceremony took place 73 years and a day after The Playhouse first opened in 1939. Special guests included Mayor Laurence Keller (New Hope), Chris Hart (son of Moss Hart), Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor Cawley, Congressman Michael Fitzpatrick (U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania's 8th congressional district), and Will Hammerstein (Grandson of Oscar Hammerstein II). A biting, incisive insight into the star system of the ‘old' Hollywood, set in the era when talkies had overtaken silent movies, Sunset Boulevard became an instant smash hit, a multi-award winning success (nominated for 11 Academy Awards and winning 3), an all-time classic and is regularly featured on the ‘top ten' lists of best movies ever made.

The enchanting musical romantic comedy, 'She Loves Me,' with all the grace and spirit that established it as one of the all-time great Broadway classics, will begin Westport Country Playhouse's 80th anniversary season runs through May 8.
