The seventh annual 'Night Of A Thousand Judys' - the Pride concert to benefit The Ali Forney Center written and hosted by Justin Sayre - featured the musical talents of two time Tony Award-nominee Christine Andreas (My Fair Lady, Oklahoma!), Nathan Lee Graham (Zoolander, 'LA to Vegas'), Brittain Ashford (The Great Comet of 1812), Matt Doyle (Spring Awakening, The Book of Mormon), Julian Fleisher (New York Public Radio), Molly Pope (Cafe Caryle, Adelaide Festival), Kat Cunning (HBO's 'The Deuce,' Company XIV), and Amber Martin (John Cameron Mitchell's The Origin of Love).

On May 26th, 2018, the celebrated Broadway production of The Book of Mormon played its 3,000th performance, passing the elite milestone as the curtain came down Saturday night at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre.

Disney Theatrical has released new portraits of Frozen stars Caissie Levy (Elsa), Patti Murin (Anna), Jelani Alladin (Kristoff), Greg Hildreth (Olaf) and John Riddle (Hans) shot by world-renowned photographer Andrew Eccles.

I see them occasionally - white shirts (usually with pockets), black trousers, clean-shaven, and cradling folders and totes. They often are on a corner; at times, they are walking through the parking lots of apartment complexes. They are unfailingly polite; more often than not, they respect our 'Puh-lease'-don't-bother-me looks or our efforts to look as if more important business is calling us elsewhere. These sweet-natured people are usually more interested in our welfare than we ourselves are, and, well, that's nice.

The fourth annual 'Night Of A Thousand Judys' -- presented by The Meeting* hosted by Justin Sayre -- welcomed stars including Sierra Boggess (The Phantom of the Opera), Austin Scarlett ('Project Runway'), Karen Wyman (celebrated 60s pop singer), Alison Fraser (two-time Tony Award nominee), Jackie Hoffman (Hairspray) and Aaron Weinstein (acclaimed jazz violinist), as well as Jane Monheit (Grammy Award nominated jazz star), Sarah Dash (R&B/Disco legend of LaBelle), Rory O'Malley (Tony Award nominee, The Book of Mormon,) Julia Murney (Wicked, The Wild Party), Erin McKeown (folk-rock singer/songwriter) and Gabrielle Stravelli (Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra). The past couple of days have been full of announcements about 2012 television pickups. In addition to the return of SMASH in January 2013, NBC's upcoming fall line-up will include new shows GO ON, starring Broadway's Laura Benanti and THE NEW NORMAL, starring THE BOOK OF MORMON's Andrew Rannells. GLEE will of course be back on FOX, but next season on Thursday nights!
