Phantom: The Las Vegas Spectacular Photos - Las Vegas

Even If you have premium seating at a Broadway musical or nightclub you still will not be able to feel that the beautiful girl with the spectacular voice performing on stage is singing just for you, and in your living room! Laura Osnes at Cafe Carlyle last night was acting and singing a few feet away from all of us in The Carlyle's legendary living room with her show called Cockeyed Optimists and as they say, you had to see it to believe it . Together with Ted Sperling and Laura's special guest Ryan Silverman they created The World of Rodgers and Hammerstein and it probably would be nominated for a Tony Award if it were in a theatre. The lucky audience that got to be up close and personal with Broadway royalty in Cafe Carlyle were at times overwhelmed with the beauty of the music being made by these three artists, who possess many theatre awards between them. So if you can join them, like all good hosts they are going to make sure there's plenty of good food, wine and conversation during your visit. You will even get to give them a hug and say goodnight to Laura, Ted, and Ryan after the show.

THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA has recently welcomed new cast members, who joine dthe cast on 3 September. New to the show are Marcus Lovett as 'The Phantom', Simon Thomas as 'Raoul', LAra Martins as 'Carlotta' and Anna O'Byrne as 'Christine' at certain performances. PHANTOM will continue to star Sofia Escobar as 'Christine', Cheryl McAvoy as 'Madame Giry', Jeremy Secomb as 'Piangi', Barry James as 'Monsieur Firmin', Gareth Snook as 'Monsieur André' and Anna Forbes as 'Meg Giry'.

Legendary Supremes star Mary Wilson visited the cast of Jersey Boys over the holiday weekend. After the performance, Mary Wilson was able to meet The Four Seasons and also visit with her yoga instructor who plays Bob Crewe (John Salvatore). Check out photos from the event below!

The longest-running show in Broadway history, the Cameron Mackintosh/Really Useful Group, Inc. production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, directed by Harold Prince, reaches an unprecedented milestone today, Wednesday, January 26, 2011, when it celebrated its Twenty-Third Anniversary on Broadway. Playing its 9,566th & 9,567th performances at The Majestic Theatre (247 West 44th Street), it becomes the first Broadway production ever to have run 23 years.

The longest-running show in Broadway history, Andrew Lloyd Webber's THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA reached another new milestone as musical became the first Broadway show ever to reach 9,000 performances. The occasion was marked with a special presentation during the 2PM matinee's curtain call.

Jersey Boys Las Vegas, the story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, celebrates its first anniversary on The Las Vegas Strip at the Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino Sunday, May 3.

This week, the cast of Jersey Boys Las Vegas welcomed Frankie Valli and Rick Elice, co-writer of Jersey Boys, as together they proudly introduced the cast of the upcoming Australian company in a private event at the Jersey Boys Theatre at the Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino. This was the first time Frankie Valli has been back to see the Las Vegas company since the grand opening performance on Frankie's birthday, May 3, 2008. After only nine months on The Strip, Jersey Boys has found a wonderful new home in Las Vegas and was even named ?Number One Show of 2008' by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

On Wednesday February 4th, Erich Bergen and Jeff Leibow from Jersey Boys Las Vegas participated in a fundraising celebrity pizza-making competition on behalf of the Liberace Foundation for the Performing and Creative Arts. The 'Celebrity Cook-Off' was held at the grand opening celebration of the newest Sammy's Woodfired Pizza location in Las Vegas.

On Saturday, January 31, daytime television star Tyler Christopher, who currently portrays Nikolas Cassadine on the ABC drama 'General Hospital,' attended JERSEY BOYS at The Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino. Christopher stopped backstage after the show to meet the talented cast and congratulate them on a spectacular performance.

On Friday, January 23, Mario Lopez, the current host of 'Extra!' and the Miss America Pageant, attended a performance of JERSEY BOYS at The Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino. Lopez was in town with family and stopped backstage after the show to congratulate the cast and crew. After only seven months on The Strip, the musical phenomenon JERSEY BOYS, the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, was named the number one show of 2008 by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Recently named Hottest Bachelor of 2008 by People magazine, Lopez danced his way into America's heart on the hit program 'Dancing with the Stars' and is one of the most popular performers in the history of that show. He also served as the host of Warner Horizon Television's hit reality-competition series 'Randy Jackson Presents America's Best Dance Crew,' on MTV, and also starred on Broadway in the part of musical theatre director Zach in the recent revival of 'A Chorus Line.' His television credits include starring roles in the telefilms 'Holidays in Handcuffs' and 'Husband for Hire,' hosting the 2007 Miss America Pageant, and guest-starring appearances on 'Nip/Tuck' and 'George Lopez.' Travis Cloer, the current Frankie Valli alternate in JERSEY BOYS Las Vegas at The Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino, sang 'America the Beautiful' before the Pioneer Las Vegas Bowl Game between University of Arizona and Brigham Young University on Saturday, December 20. Following Travis' rousing performance, previous Strip performer David Hasselhoff sang the National Anthem.
