WALLFLOWERS, a narrative comedy web series by filmmaker Kieran Turner (director of acclaimed doc Jobriath A.D), world premieres this week with the first of five weekly episodes on Blip TV. Set in the cruelly comedic dating world of modern NYC, WALLFLOWERS details the disastrous romantic exploits of a tight knit group of Gen-X stragglers coping with the ecstasy and the agony of single life - as members of a Manhattan support group for the hopelessly single. BWW TV: Inside Opening Night of A CHARITY CASE

A CHARITY CASE starring Two-Time Tony Nominee Alison Fraser, Alysia Reiner (Sideways) and Jill Shackner (Les Miserables) opened last week, November 2nd at The Clurman Theatre. This new play about adoption is written and directed by Australian playwright Wendy Beckett. A CHARITY CASE will play through November 20th. STAGE TUBE: Sneak Peak at 10 YEARS LATER: Voices from the Post-9/11 Generation Speak

Co-Op Theatre East and Project Girl Performance Collective debuts Ten Years Later, a cutting-edge, ensemble-devised play, created by youth between the ages of 9 and 23. The young cast explores what it means to Come of Age in a post-9/11 society, living in the shadow of Twin Towers that most of them have never seen. 'My first view of the Manhattan skyline was without the towers,' said cast member Emily Rupp. 'When I first saw it, I tried to imagine what it could have looked like. It was like putting together a puzzle.' These youth grew-up in a world where terrorism, fundamentalism, orange alerts, airport security, subway sniffing dogs and tea party patriotism are the norm.
