STAGE TUBE: Behind the Scenes of Gallery Players' LITTLE DOG LAUGHED

The Gallery Players opens its 45th season with the first New York City revival of The Little Dog Laughed this September. Patrick Vassel (Working, Chicago's Broadway Playhouse; War, Soho Playhouse) directs Douglas Carter Beane's biting showbiz comedy about identity and the desire for celebrity, opening Friday, September 10 at Brooklyn's The Gallery Players. STAGE TUBE: In Rehearsal with THE MAD SHOW

York Theatre Company Oh, Coward! and The Mad Show, the next titles in its Summer 2011 Musicals in Mufti Series-the York's acclaimed series of musical theatre gems in staged concert performances. The concerts will run from July 15-17 and July 29-31, respectively. BWW TV: Behind the Scenes at FALLING FOR EVE

The York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director) and 1113 Productions (Steven Ullman, Executive Producer) opened the World Premiere of Falling for Eve, a new musical with book by Tony Award-winner Joe DiPietro (Memphis), music by Bret Simmons ('The Megan Mullally Show') and lyrics by David Howard (Galaxy Quest) on July 15. BWW TV: YANK! Cast Prepares for Splash Performance

The York Theatre Company today announced that their hit production of David Zellnik and Joseph Zellnik's musical, Yank! A World War II Love Story, will be extended for an additional two weeks due to it's box office success. Performances began at the York Theatre at Saint Peter's on February 16 and will now continue through April 4, 2010.
