On April 2, The Addams Family star Nathan Lane appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman to talk about all things ADDAMS. In addition to discussing some show highlights, he revealed what it was like to perform for the Obama family, who recently took a trip to New York to see the production. Lane reveals that First Lady Michelle Obama herself took the time to write a hand written thank-you note to Lane for giving her one of the 'best nights she's ever had in the theater.'
