Hell in a Handbag Productions is concluding its 21st season with the world premiere musical parody Murder, ReWrote, playing August 10 – September 16, 2023 at The Den Theatre (Upstairs Mainstage) in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood. The press opening is Sunday, August 13 at 7 pm. Multi-award-winning singer/actresses Elena Bennett and Karen Murphy are the featured guest stars. 

BroadwayWorld has learned that Harmony will transfer to Broadway at the Barrymore Theatre later this year! Direct from its sold-out, award-winning downtown run, Harmony, a New York Times Critic's Pick, begins performances on Broadway October 18th.

Elena Bennett and Fred Barton have announced the return of their long-hailed 'Bennett & Barton Song Salon,' in the front room of Pangea, on two Tuesdays, April 11 and April 18. The event will run for three hours on each night, between 8:30pm and 11:30pm. There is no cover or minimum.
