Rehearsals have begun for David Mamet's fiendishly funny comedy "November," which will be presented at the Center Theatre Group/Mark Taper Forum, September 26 through November 4, 2012. Lindsay Posner returns to the Almeida to direct Rebecca Lenkiewicz' new stage adaptation of Henry James' The Turn of the Screw from 18 January - 16 March 2013, with press night on 24 January. The cast comprises Caroline Bartleet (a woman), Laurence Belcher (Miles), Eoin Geoghegan (a man), Gemma Jones (Mrs. Grose), Anna Madeley (The Governess), Orlando Wells (Sackville) and Isabella Blake, Emilia Jones and Lucy Morton who will alternate the role of Flora. LET IT BE Extends To January 2014 At Savoy Theatre

LET IT BE, the spectacular West End show celebrating the music of The Beatles has announced an extension to its current run at the Savoy Theatre in London following an announcement last week that a production will also open on Broadway in July this year. West End's LET IT BE Recoups £1.6 Million Costs in 18 Weeks

The producers of LET IT BE today confirmed that the production has recouped at the box office the £1.6million the show cost to stage. The recoupment comes as the show finishes its 18 week run at the Prince of Wales Theatre and prepares to transfer to the Savoy Theatre from Friday 1 February 2013. (more...)
