Juilliard today announced that Obie-award winning director Evan Yionoulis, currently professor in the practice of acting and directing at Yale School of Drama and a resident director at Yale Repertory Theatre, will become the school's Richard Rodgers Director of Drama at Juilliardstarting with the 2018-19 academic and performance season. The Juilliard Drama Division, celebrating its 50th anniversary this season, offers a program that encompasses one of this country's most respected conservatory educations for actors as well as highly successful pre-professional mentoring for playwrights.

Artistic Director Conrad Lynch today announces the ensemble for the Theatre by the Lake's Summer Season - the first time the theatre has featured two-companies. Marin Theatre Company continues its 49th Season with Howard Brenton's, Anne Boleyn. The play was originally commissioned by Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and World Premiered in 2010. It later toured across the UK and Scotland with the Globe before receiving its US Premiere at the GAMM Theatre in Pawtucket, Rhode Island in 2013, and MTC is thrilled to have its West Coast Premiere opening on its mainstage April 19.

Frequent theatrical headliner Laila Robins is set for a featured role on the new HBO drama series THE MONEY, joining recently announced stars Patrick Kennedy, Dominique McElligott and Brendan Gleeson.

THE ACTIVE THEATER in association with BUD MARTIN will present Any Given Monday by Bruce Graham on Monday, April 4, 2011 at New World Stages, 2:00pm, in Stage 5. Bud Martin will direct the private reading of the play which was first seen in a co-production between ACT II PLAYHOUSE, Ambler, PA and THEATRE EXILE, Philadelphia, PA. Any Given Monday was the recipient of the 2010 Barrymore Award for Best New Play.
