JERSEY BOYS' John Michael Coppola Releases Single 'New York State of Mind' to Benefit Hurricane Relief

Former Chicago Jersey Boys cast member John Michael Coppola has announced the release of his new digital recording, Billy Joel's New York State Of Mind. All proceeds from the sale of the single will benefit the Community FoodBank of New Jersey and the American Red Cross. Coppola's New York State Of Mind can be purchased at www.cdbaby.com. Backed by a five-piece band featuring some of Chicago's top musicians, the track includes musical contributions by Paul Langford (piano), Bob Lizik (bass), Kraig McCreary (guitar), Bob Parlier (drums), and Tom Van Kanegan (sax). Former JERSEY BOYS cast member, John Michael Coppola, will be returning to the material that brought him to Chicago with the debut of a new JERSEY BOYS tribute performance to benefit the Chicago JCC. The one night only event takes place on Saturday, November 3rd, 2012 at 7:30 pm at the Drake Hotel in downtown Chicago, IL. Dancing to the TVK Orchestra will follow the special tribute performance. The 2012 winter tour commences in Canberra today, 3 July to 8 July; then Newcastle 10 to 15 July; followed by Adelaide 17 to 22 July, Hobart 16 to 18 August, Albury 21 to 23 August and finally Wollongong 24 & 25 August.
