Susanna Salk Discusses the Latest Book at Westport's 'Books Worth Talking About' Today

Susanna Salk, author of A Privileged Life: Celebrating WASP Style, will speak at 'Books Worth Talking About,' tonight, May 7, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., in the Lucille Lortel White Barn Center at Westport Country Playhouse. David Smith, of Cablevision, will moderate. The literary salon will be followed by an 8 p.m. performance of the A. R. The Way Off Broadway Dinner Theatre's 2013 Season is the year Broadway and Hollywood meet with all of the productions at the theatre being hits both on the silver screen and Great White Way. Hearst Corporation today introduced the Elle Glassware created exclusively for Google Glass at Google I/O 2013. Hearst is the first magazine media company to develop and launch Glassware, with Elle as the first Hearst brand included in the device's initial gallery of services. BWW Reviews: LEGALLY BLONDE

Legally Blonde opened in Melbourne to a standing ovation that was well deserved for a particularly talented cast . This production is slick. From beginning to end it has everything a musical comedy needs. It's light, camp and fun with a clever score from Laurence O'keefe and Nell Benjamin that combines humorous lyric with catchy vibrant melodies. (more...)

FASHION STAR Crowns its Winner!

In the season finale episode of NBC's "Fashion Star" (Friday, May 10, 8-9 p.m. ET), contestants Hunter Bell, Cassandra Hobbins and Daniel Silverstein were challenged to create a capsule collection for all three retailers. After weeks of hard work, the remaining contestants gave everything they had for a chance to be crowned "Fashion Star." Ultimately, the buyers chose designer Hunter Bell as the next "Fashion Star." Her winning capsule collections will be carried online at Macy's, Saks Fifth Avenue and Express and in 50 Macy's locations and 15 Express locations nationwide. (more...)

Denver Center Attraction Announces Nominees for The Bobby G Awards

Denver Center Attractions announces the 2013 nominees for The Bobby G Awards - the Colorado regional awards program for The National High School Musical Theater Awards.
