On Monday, May 5th, The Actors Fund will host its 2008 Annual Gala which will honor four individuals whose combined careers represent the diversity and range of the entertainment industry: acclaimed actor Alec Baldwin will be receiving the Nedda Harrigan Logan Award; international opera sensation Renée Fleming will be receiving the Lee Strasberg Artistic Achievement Award; and Tony Award-winning Broadway producers and theater owners Stewart F. The New York City Gay Men's Chorus (NYCGMC) will hold their 2008 benefit gala, 'With a Song in Our Heart,' on Monday, April 14 from 6-9:30PM at the elegant Warwick Hotel. Scott Nevins will lead the evening with his signature humor and flare. With entertainment by Broadway notables including Ann Hampton Callaway, Liz McCartney and the Tony-nominated Sharon McNight, the gala will be a night celebrating music, diversity and support for the LGBT community.
