The Public's HERE LIES LOVE Extends Through May 19by BWW News Desk - Mar 19, 2013The Public Theater (Artistic Director, Oskar Eustis; Executive Director, Patrick Willingham) announced a two week extension today for the world premiere musical HERE LIES LOVE, with concept and lyrics by David Byrne, music by David Byrne and Fatboy Slim, additional music by Tom Gandey and J Pardo, and choreography by Annie-B Parson. Directed by Alex Timbers, HERE LIES LOVE begins performances on Tuesday, April 2 and was originally scheduled to close on Sunday, May 5. BWW Reviews: Adam Pascal Rocks Long Island's Tilles Centerby Melissa Giordano - Mar 13, 2013I had the pleasure of seeing Broadway vet Adam Pascal in concert at the Tilles Center on the Long Island University Post Campus. The cabaret style show was held in a separate, cute room to the side of the grand concert hall with a high stage and seating that reminded me of a mini half-stadium. He is currently touring in support of his latest album, Blinding Light, and is accompanied by the wonderfully talented Larry Edoff (they tour under the name Me and Larry). (more...)
