New York City Center's 2006 Encores! Season will open on February 9 with the six-time Tony Award-winning Kismet, starring Tony Award winner Brian Stokes Mitchell and Marin Mazzie.

Artistic Director Jack Viertel and Music Director Rob Fisher have announced that Tony® Award nominee Malcolm Gets and Tony Award-winner Michael Cerveris will join the previously announced Tony Award-winner Kristin Chenoweth in The Apple Tree, the final Encores! presentation of the 2004-5 Season.

The show runs May 12-16, and features Rob Fisher as Music Director.

On Tuesday, May 3, the NEW YORK FESTIVAL OF SONG salutes Harold Prince with a benefit concert titled A PRINCE OF A FELLA beginning at 7 p.m. at Weill Recital Hall, Carnegie Hall. The performance will be followed by a seated dinner beginning at 8:30 p.m. at Shelly's New York, 104 West 57th St.

Paper Mill Playhouse will present the musical The Baker¹s Wife with Book by Joseph Stein and Music & Lyrics by Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Pippin, Godspell) based on the film 'La Femme du Boulanger.'

Adam Arkin, currently starring in Manhattan Theatre Club's BROOKLYN BOY, will be featured on NY-1's 'OnStage' this weekend, beginning March 5th. 'On Stage' airs Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30-10:00 AM and from 7:30-8:00 PM, as well as Mondays from 9:30-10:00 PM and 12:30-1:00 AM.

Guild Hall of East Hampton, the premier cultural institution of its kind in the area, has announced the honorees for its 20th Annual Lifetime Achievement Awards Gala to be held on Monday, March 14, 2005 at the Rainbow Room, New York City.
