TheatreWorks Silicon Valley announced its 52nd season, featuring six plays and musicals to be presented November 2022 through August 2023. Three of the season's productions will be mounted at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts, and three will be staged at Palo Alto's Lucie Stern Theatre. This rarely-heard piece follows a Civil War army unit as it marches and encamps with snippets of music from that era: 'Dawn' from the Peer Gynt Suite,' a bugle's reveille, 'America,' hymns and church bells, a funeral march.
