Robert Sean Leonard to Play Atticus Finch in TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD at Regent's Park

Regent's Park Open Air Theatre has announced today that Robert Sean Leonard will play Atticus Finch in To Kill a Mockingbird, the first production of the 2013 season. The Tony award-winning American actor is best known for playing Dr. James Wilson in the Fox television series House and Neil Perry in the 1989 movie Dead Poets Society. Having frequently performed on and off Broadway since 1986, To Kill a Mockingbird will mark Robert's return to the London stage for the first time in 22 years. Transport Group to Present THE MEMORY SHOW, Starring Leslie Kritzer and Catherine Cox, Beginning 4/16

Transport Group, the Drama Desk and OBIE award-winning theatre company, has announced that the New York premiere of a new musical, The Memory Show, book and lyrics by Sara Cooper; music by Zach Redler; directed by Joe Calarco, will begin performances Tuesday, April 16, at 7pm at The Duke on 42nd Street, a New 42nd Street project, at 229 West 42nd Street. UPDATE: Ed Asner 'Fine' After Being Hospitalized During Performance of FDR; Son Releases Statement

According to TMZ, Ed Asner, who most recently appeard on Broadway in GRACE, was taken to the hospital yesterday in Gary, Indiana during a performance of FDR. The 83-year-old, was 15 minutes into the one-man play when crew members helped him off stage, noticing that he was having trouble with his lines. There is no word yet on his current health status.
