It has been confirmed that Joan Rivers has cancelled the return season of her one-woman show Joan Rivers: A Work in Progress in Leicester Square Theatre. The show, which ran at the theater from August 29th through September 18th 2008 was scheduled to return on December 2nd where it would run through January 29th, 2009.

The leadership of Julie Matlof Kennedy and Oz Erickson will benefit Berkeley Rep for the first time, and this season's new officers include Marge Randolph and Scott Haber. Their guidance will be invaluable in the coming season, which features work by renowned directors Delroy Lindo, Sharon Ott, Les Waters, and Mary Zimmerman, as well as award-winning playwrights Martin McDonagh, Sarah Ruhl, and Berkeley's own Itamar Moses.
