Long Island's newest theatrical venue The Argyle Theatre (Mark and Dylan Perlman, Managing Partners; Evan Pappas, Artistic Director) presents the Tony Award-winning musical Spring Awakening, based on the play by Frank Wedekind, with book and lyrics by Steven Sater, music and orchestrations by Duncan Sheik, string orchestrations by Simon Hale, and vocal arrangements by Annmarie Milazzo. Performances began January 17, 2019 for a limited engagement through Sunday, February 24, 2019 at The Argyle Theatre (34 West Main Street, Babylon, Long Island).

The Argyle Theatre begins the new year with the Tony Award-winning musical Spring Awakening, based on the play by Frank Wedekind, with book and lyrics by Steven Sater, music and orchestrations by Duncan Sheik, string orchestrations by Simon Hale, and vocal arrangements by Annmarie Milazzo.

The Band & Stars behind of the cult hit GAY BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN will reunite at 7 p.m. on Monday, October 22nd for one night only at Stage 2 of Rockwood Music Hall! The concert will star Emma Hunton (Spring Awakening), Ashley Kate Adams (La Cage Aux Folles), Ari McKay Wilford (Once), Maggie Politi ("Brain Teasers") & Billy Butler (The Brechtones) who will be stepping back into their roles respectively. They will be joined by Dan Domenech (Smokey Joe's Cafe) and by fellow GBoF alums Marissa Rosen (The Other Josh Cohen), Brittany Mack (Beehive), Darryl Winslow (Avenue Q), Joshua Paul Moore & Hayley Nystrom.

Sally Field and Bill Pullman will star as Kate and Joe Keller in Arthur Miller's All My Sons, directed by Jeremy Herrin, in a co-production with Headlong Theatre at The Old Vic in Spring 2019. Further casting and dates are to be announced.

Cleveland Play House (CPH) is proud to announce the cast of the high-spirited, interactive musical comedy The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Producer David Binder (Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Of Mice and Men) announces today that three-time Emmy Award nominee Adam Driver (Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Girls ) will return to Broadway in the first revival of Lanford Wilson's BURN THIS, directed by Tony Award winner Michael Mayer (Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Spring Awakening) in 2019 at a Broadway theater to be announced.

On Monday, October 9, the Theater People podcast welcomes Broadway and TV star Hlene Yorke. Helene made her Broadway debut in 2008 in GREASE. She went on to originate the role of Olive in BULLETS OVER BROADWAY and Evelyn in AMERICAN PSYCHO. On television, she is well known for her work on THE GOOD FIGHT, MASTERS OF SEX, and GRAVES.

Pasadena Playhouse, the State Theatre of California and Deaf West Theatre, the performing arts organization behind the Tony Award-winning and Ovation Award-winning revival of Spring Awakening, have announced the cast and creative team for a new production of Thornton Wilder's OUR TOWN.

Broadway In Chicago has announced Tony and Olivier Award-nominated Euan Morton will play the role of Hedwig, and Hannah Corneau will play Yitzhak in the National Tour of Hedwig and the Angry Inch, the 2014 Tony Award-winning Best Musical Revival. Hedwig and the Angry Inch will play Chicago's Oriental Theatre (24 W. Randolph) March 7-19, 2017.

The University of the Arts' Ira Brind School of Theater Arts announces the lineup for year three of Polyphone, a 'festival of the emerging musical' at UArts in Philadelphia.

Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts and Deaf West Theatre (DWT), the performing arts organizations behind the Tony Award-nominated and Ovation Award-winning revival of Spring Awakening, reunite to bring multiple Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Edward Albee's At Home at the Zoo to life in an innovative and new production. Edward Albee's At Home at the Zoo begins previews on March 7 and will open in the Lovelace Studio Theater at The Wallis on Friday, March 10. It will run through March 26. This production is made possible by the generous support of Meeghan and Michael Nemeroff.
