National Alliance For Musical Theatre Receives $60,000 Grantby BWW News Desk - Dec 5, 2008The National Endowment for the Arts awarded a $60,000 grant to the National Alliance for Musical Theatre to support NAMT's Fall Conference and 21st annual Festival of New Musicals taking place in fall 2009. Strouse's Nicholaw Directed MINSKY'S Set For Ahmanson 1/21-3/1by BWW News Desk - Dec 3, 2008Minsky's is the second new musical playing the Ahmanson this season, boasting a book by Bob Martin and direction and choreography by Casey Nicholaw, who both crafted the U.S. premiere of the musical The Drowsy Chaperone at the Ahmanson in 2005.
