There was a festive party at the Imperial Theatre after the show on Friday, November 13th with director Stephen Daldry and the Tony Award winning cast of Billy Elliot as they celebrated their one year anniversary. There was of course party hats, confetti, and very happy kids to commemorate Billy's 1st Birthday!

This Saturday, Halloween night, is the Theatre of Death's annual 'Trick & Treat' show. All audience members will receive a goodie bag full of sweets, treats, and tickets to other shows around town. Though not required, audience members are encouraged to come in costume, and at the end of the evening the best costumed audience member will receive a prize (hats and headdresses must be removed during showtime as to not block other audience members sight of the show).

Each member of the three-person cast dons many hats to bring to life the multitude of characters in this vibrant musical comedy. The Bible: The Complete Word of God (Abridged) is an energetic and hysterical compilation that asks the important theological questions: 'Did Adam and Eve have navels? Did Moses really look like Charlton Heston? And why isn't the word 'phonetic' spelled the way it sounds?'

Michele Ragusa, who is currently starring in Young Frankenstein as Elizabeth, will debut her collection of handmade hats at The Farmhouse Store in Westfield NJ on Monday, December 8th. There will be a wine & cheese reception. The event is open to the public, the time for the event is 6pm to 8pm.

Hats!, a new musical previously seen in Denver and New Orleans, opened at the Royal George Theatre in Chicago on April 29th for a run through June 10th.
Melissa Manchester, one of the composers involved in Hats!, will be featured as a star of the new musical's Chicago premiere.
