This book, The Treasures of Little Gasparilla Island, is a story of a small island off the southwest coast of Florida, on the shores of Gasparilla Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, with its varied plant life among numerous types of land and sea birds. The authors, Lloyd Arthur Wiggins and Rosemary Egerton Letts, who consider themselves blessed for knowing Little Gasparilla Island, here present the experience of a little corner of paradise. It is a satirical autobiography about two people discovering a unique island, strengthening their relationship and enjoying lasting friendship with other islanders.
