The Old Globe today announced the cast and creative team for the Old Globe/University of San Diego Graduate Theatre Program presentation of William Shakespeare's Pericles, Prince of Tyre, directed by Ray Chambers and running November 15 - November 23 in the Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre, part of the Globe's Conrad Prebys Theatre Center. Opening night is Saturday, November 15 at 8:00 p.m.

In his previous appearance at the Alhambra as the lead in South Pacific, Christopher Sanders received a standing ovation each night. Tonight, September 10, the dashing singer returns to the Alhambra as Don Quixote in the play inspired by Miguel de Cervantes' seventeenth century masterpiece by the same name. Presented by Brumo's Automotive, Man of LaMancha opens tonight, September 10 and runs through October 12.

He has performed in musicals and in concerts with theatres, symphony orchestras, opera houses, and concert halls internationally. He starred in the original production of Maltby and Shire's hit Off-Broadway musical Closer Than Ever in 1989 and the 2001 West End revival of Cole Porter's Kiss Me, Kate. He has also appeared sporadically on television and in films.
