The funniest men in Staffordshire encounter local characters old and new. Or do they?
Johnny Sorrow is widely regarded as a comedy legend throughout Staffordshire. First achieving success in the 1970's, Sorrow's career arguably peaked when he was employed as a warm-up man for the television shows An Audience With Jasper Carrott and Bullseye (starring Jim Bowen). The emergence of 'alternative' comedy in the 1980's was initially a struggle for Sorrow, but after joining forces with Mr Balaclava in Bob Blackman's Tray?, Sorrow has produced one of the great showbiz comebacks.
Mr Balaclava is a Staffordshire based comedy writer/performer. He wears a balaclava.
