The San Diego International Film Festival, produced by the San Diego Film Foundation, announced today its 2016 Competition and Audience Award winning films. The 15th edition of the festival was held from September 28th through October 2nd in San Diego, CA. The Night of the Stars Tribute took place on September 29th in La Jolla, CA.
