The company just released a music video about voting featuring special lyrics by award-winning Stephen Schwartz and Winnie Holzman. The music video features original company members Kristin Chenoweth and Idina Menzel, alongside current Broadway and touring company members.

On May 6, Broadway came together to support those affected by the Boston Marathon Tragedy at The Laurie Beechman Theatre. The national tour of Green Day's 'American Idiot' just opened in Los Angeles on March 14 at the Ahmanson Theatre. Original Broadway cast member Van Hughes stars as Johnny, a role in which he concluded the 'American Idiot' Broadway run, along with original Broadway cast member Joshua Kobak as St. Jimmy, Jake Epstein as Will, Scott J. Campbell as Tunny, original Broadway cast member Leslie McDonel as Heather, Gabrielle McClinton as Whatsername and Nicci Claspell as The Extraordinary Girl. New York City saw a different side of its typically conservative Mayor, Michael Bloomberg, when he donned extensions and hippie garb on stage with Broadway's cast of Hair at the Inner Circle fundraiser dinner on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at The Hilton Hotel. Also joining the cast on stage in celebration were Jersey Shore cast members Snooki and Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino. Watch the clips of the performances below!

Yesterday, February 16, Oskar Eustis, Artistic Director of The Public Theater, and HAIR director Diane Paulus proudly introduced the new Tribe of America's favorite Tribal Love-Rock Musical to the press. The new Tribe will debut on Tuesday, March 9, at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre, as the current cast takes the production to the West End, opening April 14 at London's Gilegud Theatre.
