FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presented the 30th Anniversary of No Way to Treat a Lady. A laugh-filled evening featuring songs from the Richard Rodgers Award winning musical by Douglas J. Cohen, based on the novel by William Goldman (The Princess Bride). MAC Award winner KLea Blackhurst (Hello, Dolly!, Goodspeed) and author Cohen co-host the event which will feature many of the performers from past productions, both off-Broadway at the York Theatre and Hudson Guild, and regionally (Florida Studio Theatre, Village Theater, Barrington Stage, TheaterWorks in Hartford, Coconut Grove in Florida, Colony Theater in L.A.), as well as photographs and footage from over a dozen international productions. Cohen will also reveal some of the show's unique history behind the scenes.

As part of the Mirvish season launch event in Toronto - David Hein and Irene Sankoff, the creators of COME FROM AWAY, performed the song 'Stop The World.' Check out the video of their performance below!

On July 9, Ben Vereen (Pippin, Fosse) hosted the 2012 New York Musical Theatre Festival opening night gala celebrating the season kick off. On hand to show support for the famed fest, which opened last night and runs through July 29, were Corbin Bleu ("High School Musical"), Sheryl Lee Ralph (Dreamgirls, Thoroughly Modern Millie), Leslie Krtizer (A Catered Affair), Matt Bogart (Jersey Boys), Jeremy Kushnier (Jesus Christ Superstar), Jack Noseworthy (Sweet Smell of Success), Tom Deckman (Spamalot), Anika Larsen (Xanadu), Melissa van Der Schyff (Bonnie and Clyde), and many more. Today, July 3, the New York Musical Theatre Festival hosted a press preview day in which several shows treated the audience to special performances. On hand to represent 'Stealing Time' was Jesus Christ Superstar alum Jeremy Kushnier, who performed the show's title number. Click below to see him in action!

As previously announced, Jeremy Kushnier (Jesus Christ Superstar, Footloose), Eden Espinosa (Wicked, Brooklyn), Rachel York (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Victor/Victoria) and Jack Noseworthy (A Chorus Line, Sweet Smell of Success) lead the cast of New York Musical Theater Festival's 'Stealing Time,' the latest work of writers/composers Tor Hyams and Lisa Neubauer. 'Stealing Time' will play as a special event in the 2012 New York Musical Theater Festival at the PTC Performance Space. 'Stealing Time' is the second NYMF project for Hyams coming off the success of 'Greenwood' starring Andrea McArdle in the 2011 New York Musical Theater Festival.
