Academy Award winner Helen Mirren opens on Broadway on Sunday night as Elizabeth II in Peter Morgan's The Audience, directed by two-time Tony Award winner Stephen Daldry. We've got a first look at scenes from the limited engagement, which runs through June 28, 2015 at Broadway's Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre (236 West 45th Street, New York, NY).

Helen Mirren returns to the Broadway stage to portray Queen Elizabeth II for the second time, having previously portrayed her in the 2006 film, THE QUEEN. In the following interview, Mirren discusses playing the icon and even meeting her. Check it out below!

Broadway star Rob McClure (Chaplin) returns to The Muny for the second time this summer as Bert in The Muny's production of Disney's MARY POPPINS. McClure appeared earlier this season as Farquaad in the theatre's production of SHREK: THE MUSICAL. The Muny is presenting the sixth show of its fantastic 95th Season, Disney and Cameron Mackintosh's Mary Poppins the Musical, directed by Gary Griffin and choreographed by Alex Sanchez.
