APS Films has announced the World Premiere of Zack Wilcox's Hunting Lands at the 2018 Cinequest Film & VR Festival.  Set and shot in the woods of a Michigan winter, the film follows a group of exciting young actors on a collision course with each other and destiny.  Hunting Lands will premiere at Cinequest at the Century 20 Redwood City March 3rd.

The combo, all in their 30s vocalist Foley, Jesse Elder on piano, Chris Tordini on bass, and Devin Gray on drums can shift in mode or mood with felicity, from beguilingly relaxed to heavy improv to what they call their signature Zen-like jazz/rock/chant.

Zack Zadek of Brooklyn, NY, has been awarded a fellowship by the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts (VCCA). The VCCA is located near Sweet Briar College in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in rural Virginia. Zack Zadek will be among approximately 25 Fellows focusing on their own creative projects at this working retreat for visual artists, writers and composers.

The MITTEN Lab (A Michigan Incubator for Theatre Talent Emerging Now), led by co-founders Katherine M. Carter and Rachel Sussman, has announced this year's artists for its second annual residency program in Northern Michigan, taking place October 8 through 15.
