Dancing Classrooms 2013 Gala Presents NO FEET LEFT BEHIND Tonight

Musical strains from the Paul Errico Orchestra will fill the air of the Pierre Grand Ballroom and guests will fill the dance floor at 'No Feet Left Behind,' Dancing Classrooms' benefit dinner dance, tonight, February 13. The black-tie gala is Dancing Classrooms' major fundraising event of the year. Proceeds will play an important role in helping the organization carry out its mission: To build social awareness, confidence and self-esteem in children through the practice of social dance. Broadway Theatre Project Announces 2010 Summer Musical Intensive Program

200 students from across the United States as well as Australia, Canada and American Samoa are attending this summer's intensive curriculum at Broadway Theatre Project (BTP) to prepare for a professional career in the performing arts. BTP will culminate in an exciting festival featuring performances and workshops by the apprentices and various faculty members and guest artists, to be held at the University of South Florida from July 29-31.

Barefoot Theatre's 70/70 Project Concludes with UNEXPECTED TENDERNESS, 3/31

Barefoot Theatre Company will present the closing event of the 70/70 Project, a yearlong, worldwide festival showcasing 70 plays by the soon-to-be 71-year-old playwright. The celebration features a reading of Unexpected Tenderness, one of Horovitz's most personal plays, live music, a surprise guest host and more. This special evening will take place at the Bleecker Street Theatre (45 Bleecker between Lafayette and Mott streets) on Wednesday, March 31st, 2010. Cocktail hour is at 7pm; curtain rises at 8. Bway Thea Project Summer Musical Theatre Arts Education Program

The festival will include performances by the faculty and students, as well as seminars by faculty members including Jed Bernstein and Dave Clemmons. Workshops taking place during the project will also be featured including directors such as Frank Wildhorn, David Loud and Christopher D'Amboise.

NYC's Barefoot Theatre Company will present THE 70/70 HOROVITZ PROJECT, a worldwide celebration of the 70th birthday of internationally-acclaimed playwright ISRAEL HOROVITZ. The year-long event will include readings & productions of 70 Horovitz plays by theatres companies around the globe & will begin with a gala & a reading of Sins of the Mother (directed by Jo Bonney) at the Theatres at 45 Bleecker Street on Israel's birthday, March 31, 2009 & will continue throughout the following year, ending on March 31, 2010.
