Musical Tribute to THE CARPENTERS Set for Bridge Street Live, 6/11-12

A Connecticut-based live show, celebrating the music of New Haven natives, Karen and Richard Carpenter, will play for two nights in Collinsville, Conn. - just one week before the band debuts at a Las Vegas casino. The tribute to the legendary Carpenters stars vocalist Michelle Berting Brett, and is accompanied by a seven-piece band of successful Nashville musicians, some of whom performed with Richard Carpenter himself. Wynonna Judd has announced her plans for next week's annual CMA Music Fest in Nashville, TN. It will surely be a week to remember when the multi-platinum five-time Grammy winner Wynonna gives her fans an up-close and personal seat to it all by performing three intimate shows and engaging with them at a live performance Q&A and autograph session. Wynonna Judd Set for DANCING WITH THE STARS Finale

Wynonna Judd will once again take a turn around the ballroom when she returns to ABC's “Dancing With The Stars” for the Tuesday, May 21 two-hour season finale, airing live 9-11pm ET. The five-time Grammy winner will perform a show-stopping opening dance number with all her fellow celebrity cast members and the pro and troupe dancers. Later in the program WYNONNA will do what she does best, sing her concert favorite “I Want To Know What Love Is.” Her version of the classic is included on her album What The World Needs Now Is Love. DANCING WITH THE STARS to Crown its Winner Next Week

After 10 weeks of entertaining, stylized dancing from Jacoby Jones & Karina Smirnoff, Kellie Pickler & Derek Hough, Alexandra Raisman & Mark Ballas and Zendaya & Valentin Chmerkovskiy, only one couple will be crowned 'Dancing with the Stars' Champions. These four remaining couples will have one last opportunity to impress the judges and viewers on MONDAY, MAY 20, concluding with the Season Finale, TUESDAY, MAY 21 on the ABC Television Network. For a post-prom extravaganza, this week's elimination was totally lacking in the drama department. No one cried, no one expounded upon the desperate struggles of learning to ballroom dance. Nobody even seemed remotely stressed out about getting the axe. Talk about a letdown! (more...)

Picture, if you will, the most cringe-worthy walk down memory lane imaginable. I'm talking tacky dresses, bad hair and middle-aged men and women gyrating on the dance floor all in the name of reliving their glory days. By all counts, DANCING WITH THE STARS' prom night should have been just that train wreck. But ABC had the last laugh this April Fool's, because it was actually kind of awesome. (more...)

Wynonna Judd Set for TONIGHT SHOW Appearance, 3/22

Wynonna Judd is having quite a week. On Monday (3/18), she made her debut on the season premiere of ABC-TVs “Dancing With The Stars,” where she performed a cha-cha-cha with professional partner and last season's champion instructor Tony Dovolani. The same day, WYNONNA debuted “Something You Can't Live Without,” the first single off her forthcoming full-length album, produced by her husband/drummer Cactus Moser and set for release this year on Curb Records. The track became available digitally via iTunes and Amazon on Tuesday, March 19. (more...)
