After ten wonderful years, The Eugene Mirman Comedy Festival is no more. Fortunately, he's handed the baton to Janelle James who plans on keeping the same zany vibe and raucous laughter while adding her own personal touch at the Inaugural Janelle James Comedy Festival! Mirman, who will be attending the upcoming festival said 'I am thrilled to be part of the first annual Janelle James Comedy Festival. She's so funny and it's a joy to see the joke of a self-titled comedy festival live on and be reborn.' All shows will take place right where it all started: at The Bell House in Brooklyn. The festival will be overseen by Caroline Creaghead a former co-producer of The Eugene Mirman Festival. Tickets will go on sale in October, and the lineup will be announced as it is confirmed.
