QUEENS THEATRE will present Frank Ferrante's AN EVENING WITH GROUCHO. The limited engangement will play four performances only March 28-30, 2014 at Queens Theatre (14 United Nations Avenue South, Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Queens, NY 11368). Performances are Friday, March 28, 2014 at 2pm, Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 2pm and 8pm, and Sunday, March 30, 2014 at 3pm. Tickets are $42 for Friday?s performance and $49 for Saturday and Sunday performances; Rear seating $25 (for all performances). Museum of the Moving Image pays tribute to the legacy of filmmaking in Astoria with an exhibition that traces the history of the Astoria studio, a local landmark with deep roots in the culture of New York City. Lights, Camera, Astoria!, on view from today, October 26, 2013, through February 9, 2014, explores each phase of the site from its start as Paramount Pictures's East Coast production facility in the 1920s, a center for independent filmmaking in the 1930s, the U.S. Army Pictorial Center from World War II into the Cold War, the site's rebirth in the late 1970s, to the present day Kaufman Astoria Studios, a thriving motion picture and television studio, and a vibrant cultural hub that includes Museum of the Moving Image, Frank Sinatra School of the Arts, and restaurants and cafes.

The Fulton Opera House Foundation of Lancaster announced the election of four new members to its Board of Trustees and new Board Officers including Dr. Elliot Sterenfeld, an Interventional Physiatrist at Lancaster NeuroScience & Spine Associates, who will serve as the Fulton Theatre's new Board President.
