Ghostlight Records will celebrate the release of the Original Cast Recording of Barry Wyner's new musical CALVIN BERGER with a concert at Joe's Pub the evening before the release - tonight, Monday, September 24, 2012 at 7pm. Just added to the concert lineup are Curt Hansen (Next to Normal), F. Michael Haynie (Dogfight), Hayley Podschun (Chaplin), and Tony nominee Tim Jerome (Tarzan, Me and My Girl). They join the previously announced concert cast, who are also featured on the Calvin Berger recording: Noah Weisberg (Legally Blonde, South Pacific), Krystal Joy Brown (Leap of Faith), David Hull (Wicked) andDana Steingold (Spelling Bee). Ghostlight Records will release the Original Cast Recording of Barry Wyner's new musical, CALVIN BERGER on Tuesday, September 25, 2012. The full cast featured on the recording, including Noah Weisberg (Legally Blonde, South Pacific), Krystal Joy Brown (Leap of Faith), David Hull (Wicked) and Dana Steingold (Spelling Bee), will reunite at Joe's Pub the evening before the release - Monday, September 24, 2012 at 7pm - to celebrate the album release with a special concert event. On Monday, June 25, 2011, New York Theatre Barn will present its monthly platform, now in its 4th year, for emerging musical theatre writers at The Duplex (the series usually plays the Daryl Roth D-Lounge, by will play The Duplex for the summer). Featured writers for the July 25th installment include Mark Sutton Smith (Stand By The River), and Daniel Green. Executive Producers for NYTB in the D-Lounge are Laura Brandel and Karen Marshall.
