Cause Célèbre Productions in association with The Writers Guild of America East and The New York Society For Ethical Culture will present a staged reading of “The People Versus Lenny Bruce” a play by Susan Charlotte.

One of the most revered police dramas of all time, HOMICIDE: LIFE ON THE STREET examines the calculating and exacting detective work of the often confrontational, passionate, and opinionated homicide department in Baltimore. Remastered to HD and 4K for the very first time, it will make its streaming debut in the U.S. on Peacock beginning August 19.  

Owen plays the iconic, hard-boiled private detective Sam Spade in the six-episode crime drama co-created, written and executive produced by Emmy® Award-winners Scott Frank (The Queen’s Gambit, Logan, Minority Report), who also serves as director, and Tom Fontana (City on a Hill, Borgia, Oz). Williamstown Theatre Festival announced today that the 2021 WTF Gala will take place virtually on Wednesday, April 7. The Gala will start at 7:30 PM ET, preceded by an interactive VIP pre-show for event sponsors and virtual table buyers, and will feature musical performances and special appearances from beloved friends of the Festival.

SHOWTIME will premiere the second season of its one-hour drama series CITY ON A HILL, starring Golden Globe winner and Emmy® nominee Kevin Bacon and Screen Actors Guild® award winner Aldis Hodge, on Sunday, March 28 at 10 p.m.
