'Spamalot' gets excellent 1-to-9 odds to win Best Musical at the Tony
Awards on June 5, according to the experts at GoldDerby.com. The Broadway
mega-hit loosely based upon the film 'Monty Python and the Holy Grail' is
also favored to win Best Director (Mike Nichols, 6-to-5-odds) and Best
Featured Actress (Sara Ramirez, 3 to 2).
Spamalot Sets Box Office Record at Shubert on Broadway

The new musical, Monty Python's SPAMALOT, which was just nominated for Best Musical of the 2004-2005 Season by the Drama League and the Outer Critics Circle, has set a new house record at the Shubert Theatre on Broadway, with a net gross of $905,222.92 for the 8-performance week ending April 24, 2005
