Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestra's begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven- o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. Storyform Studios, a New York-based digital media startup, has launched an original comedy series this week titled Connection Unavailable. The show revolves around the neurotic-but-lovable members of a therapy group for social media addicts, and in a fitting twist is told across more than 20 real social media accounts, blogs, and websites belonging to these very characters seeking help (albeit in some cases half-heartedly). Viewers can follow the plot through collected 'episodes' of short video, images and text on the show's main website, cuseries.com.

A team of nearly 100 stars from Broadway, film, television, and music will cast, write, compose, direct, rehearse, tech, and perform four original musicals - all in the obscenely short time between an evening meet-and-greet on Sunday, April 6 and show time on Monday, April 7 at 8pm. The 24 Hour Company ® is teaming with the Exchange, an off-Broadway theater company, to create the sixth-ever 24 Hour Musicals. The event benefits the Exchange's summer retreat, The Orchard Project, which kick-starts innovative new theatrical work from around the world.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Broadway vet Theo Stockman has signed on to the cast of the upcoming film A GOOD MARRIAGE, based on a novella by Stephen King.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, AMERICAN IDIOT's Theo Stockman will join Joan Allen and Anthony LaPaglia in the film adaptation of Stephen King's novella A GOOD MARRIAGE. Stockman will play the couple's son.

The stars came out on Thursday as The Public Theater celebrated the completion of the $40 million revitalization of its downtown home at Astor Place with a special rededication ceremony. The event featured the "throwing out of the first lines" of Shakespeare by city officials and artists with ties to The Public, followed by a special performance from the cast of Hair, which had its world premiere at The Public when it opened in 1967.
