Westport Country Playhouse presents Next to Normal this April. The 2009 Tony Award®-winning pop/rock musical and winner of the 2010 Pulitzer Prize for Drama lifts the veil on family loss and the individual responses to crisis and endurance, while pushing the boundaries of contemporary musical theater.

After a two-year hiatus, Broadway's Future Songbook Series - produced, directed, and hosted by John Znidarsic - returns on Monday, February 28th at 6PM. The evening will spotlight the songs from Jermaine Rowe’s Children from the Blue Mountain in the Bruno Walter Auditorium at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center.

Irish Repertory Theatre announced today casting and additional creative team members for The Streets of New York by Dion Boucicault, featuring adaptation, songs & direction by Charlotte Moore. The Streets of New York will begin previews on December 4, 2021, with an opening night scheduled for December 14 and a limited run through January 30, 2022.

The Fred Ebb Foundation in association with the Roundabout Theatre Company announced today that applications for the seventeenth annual Fred Ebb Award for aspiring musical theatre songwriters are now available. Applications will be accepted from June 1 - June 30, 2021. The winner will be selected in November of 2021.
