Last night The Stella Adler Studio of Acting held its Seventh Annual Stella by Starlight Benefit Gala at The Players Club in New York City. This years honorees included Harry Belafonte, James Earl Jones, Daryl Roth, Ed Schultz and Masa Tanaka. Company XIV, in association with Morningside Opera and SIREN Baroque, presents the World Premiere of Judge Me Paris, a Baroque Burlesque Opera, directed and choreographed by Austin McCormick. Judge Me Paris includes excerpts from John Eccles and John Weldons Baroque opera The Judgment of Paris, sung by Morningside Opera, with a libretto by William Congreve, Baroque music performed by SIREN Baroque, and additional text by Jeff Takacs. CBS Threatens Legal Action Against ABC's GLASS HOUSE Reality Show

Jeremy Britt Named Season 13's BIGGEST LOSER

Jeremy Britt, a 23-year-old banker from Rockford, Michigan, became "The Biggest Loser" at tonight's live season finale of the NBC series, winning $250,000. Jeremy began season 13 weighing 389 lbs. and lost 199 lbs. He weighed in at finale at 190 lbs. and lost 51.16% of his body weight. ( more...)
