This is Just to Say: Live Art II, produced and directed by composer Inhyun Kim, features works by Ms. Kim, as well as composers Judith Ring, Nomi Epstein, and Sonia Megias, and performances by soprano Megan Schubert and pianist David Kalhous. This interdisciplinary concert, which also features work by Naho Taruishi, video artist and dancers/choreographers Coco Karol and Luke Gutgsell, takes place at the Leonard Nimoy Thalia theater at Symphony Space, 2537 Broadway, New York City on Saturday, June 16th, 2012 at 7:30 pm. Stefanie Batten Bland Brings New Dances to NYC

Choreographer/dancer Stefanie Batten Bland has had a busy year and is poised to have an even busier future beginning with the April 19 premiere of The Legacy of Inheritance for Ailey II, her first work for the company, followed by the world premiere of A Place of Sun on May 10 and the New York premiere of Terra Firma at the Baryshnikov Arts Center (BAC), May 17 and 18, where she has been a two-time recipient of a Jerome Robbins New Essential Works fellowship (NEW). South Florida theater fans are in for an array of Broadway hits as the awesomely cool, ROCK OF AGES, opens the all musical Broadway in Miami 2012 - 2013 season at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami Dade County. Scheduled to launch the season with a bang, from October 9-14, ROCK OF AGES will be followed by the high-stepping Broadway Musical for the entire family, MARY POPPINS, set to bring in the New Year, January 1-6; the return of the worlds greatest musical, LES MISÉRABLES, in a brand new 25th anniversary production, February 26 - March 3; the outlandishly colorful PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT will keep audiences on their feet with its parade of dance-floor favorites, April 2-7; and Best Musical Tony Winner of 2010 MEMPHIS will make its triumphant Miami debut with its explosive dancing and powerhouse songs, May 7-12.
