Producers Merged Work Productions and Jack Thomas announced today the cast of the upcoming new musical, Piece of My Heart, based on the life and songs of legendary songwriter Bert Berns. The show begins previews at The Irene Diamond Stage at The Pershing Square Signature Center on June 25, 2014, with an official opening night set for July 21, 2014. Casting is complete for CUBAMOR, a new musical romance by James D. Sasser and Charles Vincent Burwell which will receive staged readings August 10, 14, and 17 as part of TheatreWorks' 2013 New Works Festival. In this saucy new musical, diverse paths meet in modern-day Havana, where love erupts to an irresistible Latin beat.

Jennifer Blood (Cole Porter's NYMPH ERRANT, The Flood, Yeast Nation), Jillian Gottlieb (The Awesome 80s Prom), Sydney James Harcourt (The Lion King, American Idiot) and A.J. Shively (La Cage Aux Folles, February House) will lead the cast of Prospect Theater Company's Off-Broadway production of UNLOCK'D. Performances begin June 16, 2013 at The Duke on 42nd Street, a New 42nd Street project.
