VOCALOSITY 16-17 National Tour Launches Tonight in Bucks County, PA

VOCALOSITY, the a cappella supergroup created by Deke Sharon (Pitch Perfect, Broadway's In Transit, NBC's The Sing-Off, Lifetime's Pitch Slapped), kicks off its 2016-2017 national tour tonight at the Bucks County Playhouse. VOCALOSITY will play an 11-show engagement at the historic New Hope, PA venue before heading to 38 other cities across the country.

Since premiering twelve years ago, Miro Magloire's New Chamber Ballet has commissioned and presented over 100 new works. Fifty of these works have been created by Mr. Magloire himself. In addition to his duties as choreographer and artistic director he is also an award winning composer - and at one time the most beloved classroom musician in the city - which goes a long way towards explaining his special appreciation for music. All of his concerts are accompanied by accomplished musicians; the fantastic pianist Melody Fader and violinist Door Na performed for this season closing run.

On stage tonight, May 2, 5, 8, and 10, and sung in English, DAUGHTER OF THE REGIMENT brings a bit of whimsy and plenty of vocal fireworks to the Benedum Center.

Randy James' all male dance company, 10 Hairy Legs, returns to Crossroads Theatre, New Brunswick for its third consecutive appearance on Sunday, March 29 at 3:00 pm. Continuing to showcase the company's expanded repertory that explores the range of the male dancer, the performance will be followed by a Panel Discussion on the stage with Artistic Director Randy James, New Jersey choreographer Cleo Mack and Company Member Kyle Marshall. Tickets are $25 for Premium Seating Center Section and $22.50 for Seniors, $20 Adult Side Seating and $15 for students and children.

The 2014-2015 season begins with the modern staged premiere of Jean-Philippe Rameau's Les Fêtes de l'Hymen et de l'Amour, ou Les Dieux d'Egypte (The Celebrations of Marriage and Love, or the Gods of Egypt) tonight, October 9, 2014, at the At Jazz at Lincoln Center's Rose Hall.
