Franklin Performing Arts Company Announces Free Family Concert Series Opera for Kids by BWW News Desk - Mar 12, 2013
The Franklin Performing Arts Company (FPAC) will present Opera for Kids: Little Red Riding Hood on Sunday, March 17, at 1:00 p.m. at the Franklin School for the Performing Arts (FSPA), 38 Main Street. This special program is the third presentation in FPAC's Family Concert Series and is offered free to the community. Felice Lesser Dance Theater Performs at LPAC, 3/22 by BWW News Desk - Feb 14, 2013
Felice Lesser Dance Theater (FLDT) will perform excerpts from Funding the Arts,
Lesser's "living movie," as well as other dances from the company's repertory at LaGuardia Performing Arts Center (LPAC) on March 22, 2013 at 8 pm. This performance will be the culmination of the company's LPAC LAB 201 Residency, a six-week-long artistic residency. (more...)

On Friday, February 19, 2010 at the National Arts Club (15 Gramercy Park South, NYC), a gala evening will be held to benefit the Center For Contemporary Opera (CCO). The evening, hosted by WQXR radio host Midge Woolsey, celebrates the success of CCO's 2009-2010 season, which concludes on June 15 with the world premiere of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, a fully staged opera by John Eaton at Symphony Space.
