Opening on March 31 at Pocket Sandwich Theatre is 'Captain Phantasm Meets Major Majestic!' another one of the popcorn-tossing melodramas that they are famous for and making its grand premiere.  'Captain Phantasm' was written by Sean Freeman and Chris Irby and is directed by Michael Speck.  

SDCF presents a free conversation with acclaimed Director Sean Mathias (No Man's Land, Waiting for Godot, Breakfast at Tiffany's) and Scenic Designer Derek McLane (Ragtime, 33 Variations, 2014 Academy Awards) in conversation aboutcraft and career. Listen firsthand as they explore the relationship between director and designer and discuss their approaches to projects, their creative processes, and the turning points of their careers.
