Theatres are usually dark on Monday nights, but several times each year Berkeley Repertory Theatre makes them glow with Page to Stage, a series of talks that engage brilliant guests in sparkling conversation. Today, the Tony Award-winning theatre announced that Artistic Director Tony Taccone will moderate a chat with Obie Award-winner MarK Wing-Davey, only days before he brings the Bard back with a bang in Pericles, Prince of Tyre. This free event tonight, April 8 takes place at the new Osher Studio in the Arts Passage at Berkeley Central. The address is 2055 Center Street in downtown Berkeley, only half a block from BART. Meanwhile, Dixon and Yvonne arrive in Los Angeles to visit Violet at a movie studio, and Yvonne finally gets the chance to show off her beautiful singing voice at a big Hollywood party. Also, Mia is shocked when her presumed dead mother, Lena, arrives at the Savoy and sets her sights on Savino, on Friday, April 12 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on CBS. Culture Project to Name Theatre After Lynn Redgrave

Culture Project will rename their mainstage theatre, currently known as 45 Bleecker Street, the Lynn Redgrave Theatre this June. The announcement was made onstage by Mr. Buchman during the opening night curtain call for Culture Project's current production of Shaheed: The Dream and Death of Benazir Bhutto. A naming ceremony and commemorative gala in honor of the late Ms. Redgrave will take place on Monday, June 3, 2013 at Stage 48 (605 West 48th Street, New York City). Honorary Chairs for the evening are Vanessa Redgrave, Liam Neeson, and Ms. Redgrave's three children Annabel Clark, Ben Clark, and Pema Clark. (more...)
