WWE Diva Eve Torres Wins NBC's STARS EARN STRIPES

WWE Diva Eve Torres emerged victorious in Monday night's final competition of NBC's action-packed competition series 'Stars Earn Stripes' as she beat out fellow finalists Nick Lachey, Todd Palin, Picabo Street and Dean Cain. As the grand prize winner on the season finale, Torres gained $100,000 for her charity, the USO (www.uso.org), and including her other winnings during the show's run, contributed a total of $150,000 to the organization. A total of $380,000 was raised for all of the charities represented in the program. (more...)

Bringing star power to its fast-paced word guessing game, GSN (formerly Game Show Network) announced today a stellar lineup of celebrity guests for THE PYRAMID. The daily strip show will air Monday through Friday at 6 pm ET, and will premiere on Monday, September 3 at 6 pm ET. Mary Hart Leaves 'Entertainment Tonight' After Upcoming Season

Mary Hart, the host of Entertainment Tonight, announced today that her final year on the show will be ET's upcoming 30th season, which launches September 13, 2010. Hart joined ET in 1982 and was inducted into the Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame in 1999 recognizing her contributions to television. (more...)

Last night, March 18, 2010 the stars of Los Angeles came out for the A Night at Sardi's annual musical revue and gala, benefitting the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association. Laurie Burrows Grad founded this event 18 years ago in honor of her father, the late playwright Abe Burrows. To date, A Night at Sardi's has raised close to $18 million in the fight against Alzheimer's. Last night's evening raised $1 million alone. (more...)
