Production on ABC Family's New Drama TWISTED Kicks Off Today

Production commenced today in Studio City for the new ABC Family original series "Twisted," starring Avan Jogia, Maddie Hasson, Kylie Bunbury, Kimberly Quinn, Sam Robards, Ashton Moio and Denise Richards. ABC Family Picks Up THE FOSTERS and TWISTED, to Premiere this Summer

Michael Riley, president, ABC Family, today announced the pick-up of two, one-hour drama pilots, 'The Fosters,' from executive producer Jennifer Lopez, and 'Twisted' (formerly 'Socio') from executive producer Gavin Polone. BC Family begins production today on the drama series pilot "Socio," starring Avan Jogia ("Victorious), Maddie Hasson ("The Finder"), Kylie Bunbury ("Prom"), Kimberly Quinn ("Terriers") and Denise Richards ("Two and a Half Men"). Also recently cast in the project is Sam Robards ("Treme," "Gossip Girl"). Kathy Najimy ("Make it or Break It") and Grey Damon ("The Nine Lives of Chloe King") have also been cast as guest stars.
